Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. You will act as the glue between operations, customers and the broader business, navigating daily logistics challenges with autonomy and leadership.

In this role you will partner with top customers, drive continuous improvements, manage expectations, and oversee P&L while ensuring profitable growth and senior-level negotiations. A strong emphasis on presentation, written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifications

• A proven track record of performance in a logistics, 3PL or 4PL environment.
• Experience in Account Management ideally within Lifesciences and Healthcare sector.
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PWP) and exposure to a warehouse management system.
• Ability to negotiate partner agreements at a senior management level.
• P & L experience.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong written and verbal communication skills.
