Job summary

Pure Locations is a fast-paced media agency based on the Sunshine Coast, offering roles in sales and client services. The successful candidate will thrive in a multi-tasking environment, manage client expectations and budgets, and represent the Pure Locations brand in communications with national and international brands.

Office hours are Monday to Friday with a standard 8:00–17:00 style schedule. The team supports clients across Australia and beyond, working closely with colleagues to deliver

• Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Job description

Pure Locations provides homes for our clients to hire for photoshoots, filming TV commercials and corporate brand events across Australia. We are idylically based in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast, close to Kawana Shopping World and the beach! Although our office is based locally, most of our clients are in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Clients include Chanel, Cartier, The Bachelor, MAFS, Samsung, Culture Kings, The Iconic, Myer, Freedom, in fact every well know national brand you can think of.

A team player. You will need to actively support your colleagues and help out where needed.

Outstanding, confident communicator. You must have great written and verbal skills. This role requires on-point communication to clients over emails as well as over the phone. We work with leading national and international brands and you will need to represent the Pure Locations brand appropriately.

Proficient with a Mac, strong working knowledge of Office 365, and ideally familiar with Salesforce CRM.

Excellent attention to detail and project management skills. You will want every interaction with Pure Locations to be of high quality and a positive experience for our clients.

Previous experience in a sales / client services role.
