Job summary

Konekt is seeking an Account Manager to grow strategic customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes across a portfolio of key accounts in Australia. You’ll work closely with operational leaders, consultants and customers to develop plans that boost referral growth and long-term partnerships.

You will build strong relationships with insurers, employers and key stakeholders, and deliver exceptional service while aiming to exceed customer expectations.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and commercial outcomes.
