Job summary

Qualifications

• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA as an EP is required.
• Exposure to Occupational Rehabilitation.
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
• Working with Children Check is required.
• National Criminal History Check upon successful application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services and guidance to a variety of industries across the employee lifecycle.
• Perform functional capacity evaluations, ergonomic or daily living assessments.
• Case manage and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals.
• Engage with stakeholders to build strong partnerships.

Education

AHPRA/ESSA registration as an EP

In this role, you will:

• Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals, delivering services and advice to a variety of industries across the entire employee lifecycle
• Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
• Support clients to identify future employment or training options
• Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise – including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
• Case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client progress toward their return-to-work goals
• Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
