Job summary

Pinnacle Rehab is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing Account Management Team in Sydney. You will work within and support an experienced, professional and client-focused team to manage a high performing portfolio and deliver outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate is an Allied Health professional with strong relationship-building skills, project leadership, and the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies.

Qualifications

• Allied Health qualification for NSW Workplace Rehab (accreditation with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC).
• 2+ years’ experience within Occ Rehab essential.
• Demonstrated experience within NSW Workers compensation scheme, including work with Government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Management of an already high performing portfolio.
• Working toward individual and team monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
• Identifying customer needs and delivering on their expectations and requirements.
• Relationship Management activities, to develop multi-level key contacts within established accounts and building new accounts.

About your new role

Due to growth across the business and our expanding teams we currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our growing Account Management Team.

You will be working within and supporting an experienced, professional and client focused Account Management Team.

About you
