CAMPAIGNxpress Pty is a marketing consultancy for the property industry seeking an experienced Account Manager to support campaign management for commercial property clients. You will collaborate with our team to drive marketing initiatives and build trusted client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years in media, marketing, or agency account management who is organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable coordinating campaigns with clients and publishers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in media, marketing or agency account management.
• Clear, confident communicator; comfortable working with clients.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communication alongside the customer support team
• Assist with campaign coordination, including media bookings, artwork trafficking, pagination checks and dispatch
• Work closely with the team to manage workflow and ensure tasks are delivered accurately and on time
• Prepare briefs for digital campaigns and help pull together performance results to share with clients
• Maintain working knowledge of CampaignXpress and log/triage client requests
• Answer client support tickets via our email communication tool, Zendesk
• Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams
• Troubleshoot minor campaign or supplier issues and escalat[e] where needed
• Contribute ideas for improving processes and supporting team efficiency

As Account Manager, you'll support all aspects of campaign account management for our commercial property clients and play an important role in driving marketing initiatives alongside our incredible team.
