Job summary

Astute Financial Management, based in Toowong, Brisbane, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to provide high quality General Insurance advice across a range of sectors. You will nurture relationships with referral partners and their clients as part of a national team in a dynamic broking environment.

The role involves managing daily referrals from finance brokers, quoting and negotiating with underwriters, and supporting clients through the General Insurance journey within a collaborative

Qualifications

• Tier 1 qualifications in Insurance Broking.
• 5+ years of General Insurance broking experience.
• Experience working with the CRM, Insight.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• A genuine empathy and desire to help people.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily new business referrals from our finance brokers.
• Preparation of quotations and negotiations with underwriters.
• Working Collaboratively with a National General Insurance Broking Team.
• Supporting Clients with Larger Claims as required.
• Supporting Members and their clients through the General Insurance Broking Journey.

Astute Financial Management is a NationalFinancial Services company based in Toowong in Brisbane.

We have an established General Insurance Brokingteam and require an experienced Account Manager to work with clients referred from our Finance Brokers around Australia when required.

The Role:

This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Broker who is looking for a unique opportunity.Working as part of a National Team, you will be required to provide high quality General Insurance advice across a range of sectors. Your keen eye for detail and effective communication skills will see you succeed in this role. The ability to nurture strong relationships with referral partners and their clients is a key driver to being successful in this role

This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys building relationships and working in a collaborative environment.
