Job summary

CreditorWatch is seeking an Account Growth Specialist – Collect in Melbourne to expand adoption and revenue across the existing corporate base. You’ll run discovery, deliver value through tailored demos, and own the commercial process from discovery to close.

You’ll partner with Account Managers and Product Specialists to demonstrate solution value and drive long‑term customer growth, retention and cash-flow improvements. Hybrid, full-time in Melbourne CBD.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in B2B sales with discovery-to-close ownership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to run consultative sales conversations and build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive Collect expansion revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing Corporate customers.
• Identify, qualify and prioritise opportunities to grow Collect adoption with Account Managers.
• Lead discovery to uncover pain points and deliver value.
• Engage stakeholders from Credit Managers to CFOs to illuminate needs and build a change case.
• Deliver discovery meetings and maintain pipeline coverage against expansion quota.
• Deliver product demos with Product Specialists and close expansion opportunities.
• Build proposals connecting challenges to measurable outcomes (cash flow, collections).
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity and forecast in Salesforce.
