Job summary

CreditorWatch is seeking an Account Growth Specialist - Collect to expand adoption and revenue within our Corporate customer base in Melbourne. You will work with Account Managers and Product Specialists to demonstrate Collect's value and drive expansion opportunities.

You will own the discovery process, build a strong commercial case, deliver tailored demos, and manage the commercial cycle from discovery through to close, with a focus on long-term customer value and increased retention.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in B2B sales with end-to-end sales experience.
• Commercial drive with proven target achievement.
• Consultative selling to uncover customer needs.
• Product demonstration skills for digital demos.
• Stakeholder management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Drive account growth and expand Collect revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing Corporate customers.
• Deliver targeted product demos and work with Product Specialists on solution design and value-based proposals.
• Own the commercial process and close Collect expansion opportunities.
• Build proposals connecting customer challenges to measurable business outcomes, including improved cash flow and collections efficiency.
• Maintain pipeline, activity and forecast reporting in Salesforce.
• Work hand-in-hand with Account Managers to deliver a joined-up customer experience and maximise account growth.
