Isentia in Canberra is seeking an Account Executive to manage a diverse portfolio of government, automotive and higher education clients, delivering insights and industry intelligence to help clients achieve their communications objectives. You will be the primary liaison for your portfolio, coordinate with the account management and sales teams, and provide timely media updates and tailored solutions.

Strong client relationships and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and delivering solutions.
• Previous experience in client success or customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Interest in news and current affairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients in your portfolio.
• End-to-end servicing of clients’ media requirements across formats.
• Alert clients to media items and provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with account management and sales to understand client needs.
• Maintain proactive client communications and issue resolution.
• Monitor breaking news and relay relevant information to clients.
