Role Overview:

The Account Director role is for those with a strong track record of nurturing client relationships, exceptional delivery and commercial growth within the creative, content, and social media industry. The role will be accountable for leading a team towards strong business performance and exceptional creative work across a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand.

You will lead your own client portfolio and play a key role in the successful delivery of large campaigns, including full day-to-day commercial responsibilities and strategic direction setting. The development focus will be on giving you greater exposure to the overall business strategy and supporting you in integrating complex business offerings that may span multiple service lines, teams and geographies. The role will be closely linked to regional business performance and growth as you work closely with our regional leadership team and look to develop your skillset across the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The senior agency stakeholder and point of escalation for day-to-day client needs.
  • Support team members in effectively managing client needs in line with strategic priorities.
  • Brand guardian to your client, identifying new ways to maximise brand impact.
