Job summary

BlueScope Steel Limited in Wingfield SA is seeking an Account Coordinator within the Australian Steel Market Customer Service Team. You will act as the key customer representative for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, ensuring high standards of service delivery across multiple streams and stakeholders.

You will gain exposure across the business, growing your professional knowledge with an iconic Australian company and contributing to seamless product delivery for customers in a hybrid work

Join our Australian Steel Market business in our Customer Service Teamas anAccount Coordinatorbased in Wingfield SA.

Youwill be the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolioof valued customer accounts, maintaining our high standards of service delivery. What Will You Do?

In this varied role,you will:

• manage the customer experience for your account portfolio
• work with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver product in line with customer business needs
• provideourcustomerswithreal-time updates on product andservice-relatedmatters
• identify improvementswith our systems and processes,assistingwith implementingchangesfor internal teams and customers

As an energetic customer service professional, you will bring your proactive and collaborative approach to the team. In addition, you will have:

• experience within a customer service environment
• sound experience with relationship management and conflict resolution
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues and identify solutions
• expertise with various digital platforms, open to dynamic process and system changes
