Job summary

Interactive is seeking a Technical Account Architect to join our Cloud Presales team in Melbourne. You will work with Sales to understand customer challenges, design fit-for-purpose cloud and managed services solutions, and guide customers through technology decision journeys.

This role suits someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys customer engagement and aims to grow in consulting, solution architecture and presales careers within a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in solution architecture, technical presales or consulting.
• Experience engaging with enterprise customers and understanding business requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, data centre, networking and managed services environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to qualify and shape customer opportunities.
• Design scalable cloud, infrastructure and managed services solutions.
• Develop solution proposals, Statements of Work and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.
• Work closely with delivery, product and vendor teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical and deliverable.
• Build trusted relationships with business and technical stakeholders.
