Uniting in Sydney's Chippendale area is hiring an Accommodation Team Leader for a permanent full-time role (35 hours/week). You will supervise Youth Development Coaches, mentor staff, and ensure young people maintain tenancy and engage in the Foyer Central program.

You will collaborate with housing providers like St George Community Housing to address tenancy issues, arrears, and education, while building connections with community services and specialists.

Formación

• Minimum two years of leadership experience supervising staff.
• Experience with trauma-informed, strengths-based practice.
• Strong networking with housing providers and services.
• Knowledge of tenancy management and arrears processes.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence and WWCC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of Youth Development Coaches.
• Support young people to engage in the program and sustain tenancy.
• Liaise with St George Community Housing on tenancy matters.
• Manage arrears reporting and tenancy education activities.
• Participate in on-call roster every 4–6 weeks.
• Oversee administration, audits, and rostering for YDCs.
