Responsibilities

• Be the friendly first point of contact for all residents.
• Oversee building, garden, and facility maintenance.
• Lead the accommodation team, including cooks and cleaners.
• Keep everything compliant with legislative and company standards.
• Manage bookings, inspections, and accurate records.
• Welcome and induct new starters into camp life.
• Keep camp consumables stocked and accounted for.
