Bottle Tree Feedlot in Chinchilla, Queensland, is hiring a Machine Operator/Truck Driver to join Stanbroke’s Bottle Tree feedlot team. You will operate heavy machinery, assist with feed distribution, and support general feedlot tasks on a 10/4 roster with on-site accommodation and meals provided.

This hands-on role requires safety-conscious individuals who can work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experienced in operating heavy machinery.
• Safety-conscious and able to maintain a safe working environment.
• Energetic, proactive and hands-on with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery including loaders, skid steers, excavators, and water trucks.
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report any issues promptly.
• Assist with feed distribution, pen cleaning, and general feedlot tasks.
• Support infrastructure projects, loading/unloading, and managing materials.
• Monitor quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the feedlot team to meet daily operational targets.
