Western Health is seeking access workers to join the Access Team serving Bacchus Marsh and Melton. The role involves registering clients, processing referrals, and booking initial appointments within community health programs during standard business hours.

Work is primarily on-site at Bacchus Marsh and Melton with flexible days. Experience with iPM or EMR/Cerner is a plus, and applicants should be comfortable working in a busy health environment and collaborating with a team.

Formación

• Experience with iPM and EMR/Cerner is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of and experience in health care sector is desirable.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Enjoy working both autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and stay on top of information due to the casual nature of the role.
