Job summary

Macquarie University is recruiting an Academic Success Officer (Learning Advisor) to join the Academic Success team within the Office of the Pro-Vice Chancellor, Education. You will design and deliver academic, digital, and professional literacies initiatives to maximise student success, with a focus on concurrent support for at-risk students and embedded workshops for students and staff.

Qualifications

High-level analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience supporting domestic and international students in academic contexts.
Knowledge of higher education sector and relevant regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver academic, digital, and professional literacies initiatives to maximise student success.
Provide student-facing concurrent support initiatives, especially for at-risk students.
Design and deliver embedded workshops for students and staff.
Support colleagues and stakeholders through flexible and adaptive delivery.
