• Ability to lead change, balance competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Academic Skills services across the University.
• Lead a team of learning development professionals and drive initiatives to enhance students' academic literacies and learning capabilities.
• Develop strategic partnerships and lead service innovation aligned with learning, teaching and student success.
• Provide visible leadership and advocacy for Academic Skills and ensure expertise is embedded across the institution.
