Job summary

Torrens University Australia is hiring an Academic Services Compliance and Reporting Specialist to coordinate compliance, risk, and reporting across Academic Administration Services and Student Experience. The role maintains governance information, supports regulatory and policy implementation, and provides reporting and analysis to aid risk management and service improvement.

It also handles delegated external complaints and National Student Ombudsman matters, escalating complex or high‑risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, governance, education, law or related field.
• Desirable qualifications in compliance, risk, audit, quality assurance or project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance, risk and assurance activities and maintain evidence repositories.
• Prepare quarterly reports, validate data and identify trends.
• Coordinate external complaints and National Student Ombudsman matters.
• Coordinate compliance and improvement initiatives, including policies and controls.
• Analyze student feedback and service trends with responsible AI practices.
