Qualifications

• This position is identified for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people under the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977.

Responsibilities

• Provide wellbeing and healing focused supports to children, adults and families, both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal.
• Use cultural knowledge to strengthen service delivery through consultation and advocacy.
• Develop clinical and leadership skills within a supportive learning environment.
• Work within a collaborative team that values respect, cultural wisdom and shared learning.
• Receive clinical supervision, cultural supervision and peer support.
