This is a part-time opportunity, fixed term until 30 June 2031 with the possibility of extension. This position is located in Young and includes outreach services to Tumut and Temora. Supports CLS program participants, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, to build strengths, set goals and live well in their community. Providing practical support that is culturally responsive and recovery focused, the Aboriginal Wellbeing worker helps builds independence, confidence and connection, while working collaboratively with families, services and community.
