Job summary

NSW Health is seeking an Aboriginal Immunisation Liaison Officer (Aboriginal Health Practitioner/Aboriginal Health Worker/Registered Nurse) in a permanent full-time role. The position prioritises Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health outcomes and requires AHPRA registration or willingness to obtain related Aboriginal health certifications.

A NSW C-class driver’s license is required. Experience working with Aboriginal communities to improve immunisation uptake and culturally responsive

Qualifications

• Must hold Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2).
• If your current license is from another state, NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) must be obtained within three months of appointment; learner's licenses not permitted.

Education

AHPRA Registered Nurse or willingness to obtain Aboriginal Primary Health Care Cert IV/Cert III
