NSW Health is seeking an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Workforce Educator (Health Manager Level 1) for a temporary full-time role in NSW. The successful candidate will lead education and workforce development initiatives to improve cultural safety and Aboriginal health outcomes, while building strong partnerships with communities and health professionals.
The role requires a relevant qualification in health/leadership/education or management or extensive equivalent experience.
Qualificações
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person is a genuine occupational requirement.
- Qualification in health, leadership, education or management or extensive equivalent experience.
- Experience in developing, delivering and evaluating education/workforce development programs.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, deliver and evaluate education and workforce development programs to improve cultural safety and Aboriginal health outcomes.
- Strengthen cultural capability of the health workforce and improve service responsiveness to Aboriginal communities.
- Build and maintain partnerships with Aboriginal communities and health professionals to support service improvement.
