Reach Further With Us

Flourish is a bold, multi-year initiative designed to address entrenched disadvantage by working alongside families and communities while driving systems change. Beginning in two communities, with potential expansion over time, Flourish aims to create lasting positive outcomes that extend beyond individual families to future generations, communities and government systems.

As the Flourish Aboriginal Futures Lead, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure cultural governance, cultural safety, valuing of culture and two-way practice are embedded across all aspects of the project. You will guide the development and refinement of the Flourish program model, support project teams through cultural and practice leadership, and ensure the project remains grounded in Aboriginal ways of knowing, being and doing.

Working closely with Aboriginal communities, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, researchers and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in shaping a culturally responsive initiative that supports improved outcomes for children, families and communities. You will champion Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) and Aboriginal Data Sovereignty principles while supporting learning, evaluation and continuous improvement across the project.

This is a permanent part-time opportunity (0.8 FTE, 30 hours per week) based in East Perth. We support flexible working arrangements that include working from home.
