Job summary

MobReady is seeking an Identified Call Centre Manager to lead the brand new Mob-specific call centre in NSW. You will hire, train and manage a team of 15, and work closely with existing call centres to ensure a smooth transition and high service standards.

This role requires Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander leadership, cultural guidance for the broader team, and involvement in RAP deliverables, all within a hybrid, Olympic Park or Gosford location.

Qualifications

• Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander (confirmation required).
• Police check clearance.
• Management experience in a call centre, retail, customer service or corporate environment.
• Full availability to work across a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and lead a team of 15.
• Ongoing coaching and mentoring of the team.
• Provide cultural guidance and advice to the broader team.
• Support RAP deliverables.
