Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking an IT Governance and Policy Officer to join a state government client on a 6-month temp basis. The role is onsite in Kensington with an hourly rate of $69–$75 plus super.

The position focuses on coordinating IT governance committees, preparing executive communications and reports, providing policy and compliance advice, and supporting stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance processes, committees and / or executive functions.
• Demonstrated ability to research, analyse information, develop new policies and procedures, maintain and review existing documents and provide practical recommendations in a complex work environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT governance committees and documentation to support decision making.
• Prepare executive communications and reports for leadership.
• Provide policy and compliance advice across IT programs and initiatives.
