Job summary

Isaac Regional Council in Queensland seeks an experienced Overseer – Capital projects to lead delivery of a diverse portfolio across our region. You will manage the full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through to procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.

Based in Clermont, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, upholding high quality standards.

Job description

Isaac Regional Council is seeking a motivated and experienced Overseer – Capital projects to lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of building and infrastructure projects across our region. In this pivotal role, you will manage the full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through to procurement, contract administration and construction delivery.

Working across a broad range of Council assets, including residential housing, administration buildings and community facilities, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

If you are successful in this position, you will receive:

• Salary $108,804.00 per annum (Stream A, Level 6)
• Permanent, Full Time
• Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
• Subsidised Council Housing pending availability.
• Limited private use vehicle.
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
• RDO's in accordance with Council Policy
• Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
