Job summary

GYMPIE 4X4 ACCESSORIES is seeking a friendly and motivated full-time salesperson to join our Gympie team in Queensland. You will deliver excellent customer service and drive sales of Australia’s premium 4x4 branded ARB accessories, helping customers find the right gear for their adventures.

Responsibilities include advising customers, maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions accurately, and supporting stock and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months retail sales or customer service experience.
• Experience in automotive or outdoor equipment preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to match needs.
• Able to process sales transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers and help them find the right products.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand requirements and recommend solutions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of product range, features and benefits.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the sales floor well-presented and stocked at all times.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Provide excellent post-sales customer support.
