Job summary

TJM 4x4 Equipped in Toowoomba is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to join the brand-new store. You will work with the in-store team and suppliers to provide customers with great advice and a professional sales approach, helping them equip their vehicles with top aftermarket 4x4 accessories.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with salary determined by experience, opportunities for staff discounts, and a commission-based structure.

Qualifications

• A passion for 4x4 vehicles.
• Great customer service skills with a desire to find and recommend solutions for customers.
• An ability to maximise sales opportunities.
• Employment history preferably in the 4WD/ Car Dealer or leisure industry.
• Strong admin and logistical skills (ordering products, following up suppliers, etc).
• Great communication skills and an approachable manner (including phone and email etiquette).
• Strong record of working cohesively in a team.
• Experience in the 4x4 industry or previous parts experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with great advice and a professional sales approach; helping them equip their vehicles with aftermarket 4x4 accessories.
• Work closely with the in-store team and suppliers.
• Maximise sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage ordering products and follow up with suppliers; assist with trade shows as required.

TJM 4x4 Equipped is a nationwide network of 4WD Accessory Retailers and Fleet Specialists. Toowoomba’s brand-new TJM store is seeking a Retail Sales Professional to become part of the team.

As a Sales Professional you will work closely with the in-store team, as well as our suppliers, to provide customers with great advice and a professional sales approach; helping them equip their vehicles with some of the best aftermarket 4x4 accessories.

Ideally you will have:

A passion for 4x4 vehicles

Great customer service skills with a desire to find and recommend solutions for customers

An ability to maximise sales opportunities

Employment history preferably in the 4WD/ Car Dealer or leisure industry

Strong admin and logistical skills (ordering products, following up suppliers, etc)

Great communication skills and an approachable manner (including phone and email etiquette)

Role Requirements

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturdays 8am to 12pm (rostered)

Trade Shows as required

Remuneration Package:

Permanent Full Time

Salary determined with level of experience
