Job summary

ARB Australia is seeking a qualified 4WD Accessory Fitter to install premium ARB accessories across vehicles in our Canberra workshop. You will deliver high-quality fitments, follow WHS and SOPs, and maintain tidy, organised workspaces while developing hands-on skills.

The role offers a full-time Monday–Friday roster, ongoing training, employee discounts, and an incentive program to reward teamwork and accuracy. A current driver's license and relevant mechanical experience are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or qualifications in mechanical, auto electrical, or panel beating roles is highly desirable.
• A current driver's license is required.
• Demonstrates safety focus and ability to work safely in a busy workshop.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories with quality fitment.
• Adhere to WHS and SOP procedures to ensure a safe, efficient workshop.
• Engage in various workshop duties, keeping the space tidy and organised.
• Maintain and look after workshop tools and equipment with pride.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role is highly desirable

• Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
