ARB Corporation invites a skilled 4WD Accessory Fitter to join our Melbourne workshop. You will install premium ARB 4WD accessories, ensuring quality fitments that meet client expectations and our high standards.

The role suits someone with mechanical, auto electrical, or panel beating experience and a safety-first mindset. This full-time position offers Monday to Friday with overtime when required, ongoing training, staff discounts, and career growth within a leading aftermarket brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mechanical, auto electrical or panel beating role is highly desirable.
• Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

• Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.
• Engage in various workshop duties - keeping our space tidy and organised while honing your skills.
• Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.

Join ARB as a 4WD Accessory Fitter and become the driving force behind adventure! You’ll work across a wide range of premium products, ensuring every installation is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest standard. What We Offer

• Ability to earn a package up to $80k per annum , plus super for the right skilled and qualified candidate.
