ARB Australia is seeking a 4WD Accessory Fitter to install premium ARB accessories across a range of products, delivering quality fitments and sharing our passion for off-road adventures.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday roster with potential overtime, ongoing training, and generous employee discounts. Career growth opportunities exist within a leading aftermarket brand, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, auto electrical or panel beating is desirable.
• Current driver's license and strong safety mindset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Commitment to completing work safely and accurately.

• Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.
• Engage in various workshop duties - keeping our space tidy and organised while honing your skills.
• Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role is highly desirable

• Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license.

• Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
