ARB Corporation invites applications for a 4WD Accessory Fitter. You will install premium ARB 4WD accessories across a range of vehicles, ensuring quality fitments that meet exacting standards. This role blends hands-on workshop work with practical problem solving in a dynamic, outdoor-oriented brand.

Qualifications

• Experience or qualifications in mechanical, auto electrical or panel beating is desirable.
• Current driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong safety mindset.

• Install a wide range of ARB 4WD accessories with quality fitments.
• Adhere to WHS and SOP procedures for a safe, efficient workshop.
• Keep workspace tidy and organised while developing skills.
• Maintain and look after workshop tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.
• Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.
• Engage in various workshop duties - keeping our space tidy and organised while honing your skills.
• Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role is highly desirable

Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license.

• Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
