ARB Australia is seeking a 4WD Accessory Fitter in Sydney to install premium ARB 4WD accessories with high-quality fitment. This full-time role offers a Monday to Friday roster with weekends free and opportunities for overtime based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, auto electrical, or panel beating roles is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Focus on safe, accurate workshop work.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of ARB 4WD accessories with quality fitment.
• Follow WHS and SOPs to maintain a safe workshop.
• Maintain and manage workshop tools and space.
• Engage in general workshop duties and keep area organized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.

• Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.

• Engage in various workshop duties - keeping our space tidy and organised while honing your skills.

• Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role is highly desirable

• Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license.

• Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
