Job summary

MacKillop Family Services in Blacktown, NSW seeks an experienced IT Support Specialist, Level 2 to provide advanced technical support across the organisation, serving as escalation point and ensuring reliable delivery of technology services for a dispersed workforce.

The successful candidate will manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune-managed devices, endpoint security, and ITSM processes, collaborating with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least two years in Level 2 IT Support or similar.
• IT qualification or industry certification required.
• Experience with complex incidents across hardware, software, identity and connectivity.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive).
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID user/group administration and MFA.
• Experience managing Intune-managed devices (deployment, configuration, compliance).
• Knowledge of Windows 11 administration and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support and act as escalation point for complex incidents.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune-managed devices and endpoint security across sites.
• Contribute to service improvement, process optimisation, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders to ensure reliable technology services.
