A Brisbane real estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or aspiring Team Leader to become the 2IC to the Head of Department. You will manage a small portfolio of 40-50 properties and provide hands-on support across the PM team in Brisbane’s Western Suburbs.

Responsibilities

• Act as 2IC to the Head of Department, providing hands-on support across the PM team.
• Manage a small portfolio of 40-50 properties and take on new managements as capacity allows.
• Oversee rent rolls across Brisbane’s Western Suburbs, within ~10 km of the office.
• Provide portfolio coverage during staff leave and absences.
• Troubleshoot portfolio issues and improve processes and workflows.
• Mentor Property Managers in day-to-day work and professional development.
• Assist with escalated matters and operational challenges.
• Report to the Head of Department on portfolio performance and team needs.

• Providing portfolio coverage during staff leave and absences
• Troubleshooting portfolio issues and finding ways to improve processes and workflows
• Mentoring Property Managers with their day-to-day work and professional development
• Assisting with escalated matters and operational challenges
• Reporting to the Head of Department on portfolio performance, team needs and areas for improvement.
