A Brisbane real estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager or aspiring Team Leader to become the 2IC to the Head of Department. You will manage a small portfolio of 40-50 properties and provide hands-on support across the PM team in Brisbane’s Western Suburbs.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentoring and operational improvement, with a competitive salary and a supportive directors and team culture.

Formación

Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader.
Strong property management knowledge with QCAT experience.
Passion for mentoring and developing other Property Managers.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, hands-on approach adaptable to team needs.

Responsabilidades

Act as 2IC to the Head of Department, providing hands-on support across the PM team.
Manage a small portfolio of 40-50 properties and take on new managements as capacity allows.
Oversee rent rolls across Brisbane’s Western Suburbs, within ~10 km of the office.
Provide portfolio coverage during staff leave and absences.
Troubleshoot portfolio issues and improve processes and workflows.
Mentor Property Managers in day-to-day work and professional development.
Assist with escalated matters and operational challenges.
Report to the Head of Department on portfolio performance and team needs.
