Job summary

The Freedom Hub in Waterloo, Sydney, is opening a new café and events space and is seeking a Senior Barista / 2IC for a full-time role. You will lead shifts, craft exceptional coffee and deliver memorable customer experiences while supporting events and hospitality services.

This hands-on leadership position requires a proactive attitude, strong people skills, and the flexibility to cover occasional evenings and weekends. Your work supports programs helping survivors of modern slavery.

The Freedom Hub is opening an exciting new café and events space in Waterloo, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Barista / 2IC to help bring it to life!
