Job summary

Thales is seeking a capable maintenance leader to oversee a high-performing team in a manufacturing setting in Australia. You will coordinate maintenance activities, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across IWT operations and contractor engagements.

The role requires a trade or engineering qualification with extensive maintenance program leadership experience and proficiency with CMMS and MS Office. Competitive benefits and training opportunities are available.

YOUR ROLE

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team with focus on safety and compliance

• Drive HSE compliance and asset management best practices across maintenance and IWT operations, and contractor activities
• Manage maintenance systems and planning processes

Your Experience

• Trade or Engineering qualification with significant maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial or similarly complex environment
• Proven experience leading teams and delivering maintenance programs
• Strong understanding of safety, compliance and reliability methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience using CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office
