Meatsmith Fitzroy is seeking a 2IC Butcher to support running the flagship store and growth of our production department. The role requires strong butchery knowledge, eye for quality, and excellent customer service skills.

You will contribute to product preparation, body breakdown, order preparation, and coordinating production schedules. The position offers an excellent salary and future growth within a respected Melbourne brand.

Qualifications

• Strong butchery knowledge and eye for quality.
• Customer service experience in a retail/food environment.
• Ability to prepare and cut products to specification.
• Experience with production scheduling and quality control.
