Little Scholars School of Early Learning – Ashmore Campus is inviting applications for a 2IC (Assistant Campus Manager) to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of a high-quality curriculum. This role suits a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for early childhood education.

The successful candidate will need a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent), a current Working with Children Check, and First Aid CPR with emergency

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with NQF, NQS, EYLF & QKLG.
• Ability to interpret curriculum documents.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Campus Manager as needed and lead the team when required.
• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Oversee and role model a high-quality, inclusive educational program.

Little Scholars School of Early Learning is a home from home, family orientated, early education campus with a focus on creating a successful future for all our children, educators and families. Situated in the heart of Ashmore, we have a beautiful & well-resourced environment that caresfor children from 6 weeks to 6 years.

Role Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated 2IC (Assistant Campus Manager) to support the Campus Manager and lead the delivery of high-quality curriculum across the service. This role is ideal for a confident, relationship-focused leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven leadership attributes and a genuine passion for early childhood education and curriculum excellence.

The successful candidate will need:

• a Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• a current and valid Working with Children Check
• a Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & the QKLG
• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
• effective oral and written communication skills

Key Role Responsibilities
