Job summary

ICE Clear Europe Limited seeks a Network Operations professional to provide 24x7 support for the global production network. You will handle incident and problem management, readiness for new services, change planning, and ongoing network maintenance with a focus on service quality.

You will work with Engineering and Vendors, monitor events, prepare root cause analyses, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while ensuring high levels of customer service and reliable connectivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 3+ years of experience or equivalent credentials.
• Knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and TCP/IP, Layer 2/3 switching.
• Superior customer service skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Weekend and off-hours support may be required.
• JNCIA or CCNA certifications are preferred.
• Financial industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Incident Management: proactive monitoring to prevent outages and fast fault isolation.
• Problem Management: develop root cause analysis and recovery procedures.
• Operational Readiness: ensure pre-production deployment readiness and updated management.
• Change Management: coordinate CAB changes and support engineering tasks.
• Service Requests & Maintenance: execute analysis/support and coordinate pro-active maintenance.
• Process Improvement: own initiatives to improve operations, tools, or services.
