Outcomex is seeking a motivated Managed Services Network Engineer – Level 1 to join our Operations team in a 24/7 rotating shift. You will monitor customer networks, perform initial troubleshooting and collaborate with engineers to resolve incidents, with emphasis on documentation and process adherence.

Qualifications

• CCNA certification is required.
• Foundational networking concepts including TCP/IP, routing, switching.
• Experience with routers, switches and firewalls.
• Familiarity with ITSM and ticketing processes.
• Ability to follow procedures and document findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer network environments, incidents and requests.
• Monitor network performance and investigate alerts.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose network issues across customer environments.
• Resolve incidents and escalate when needed.
• Perform authorised network configuration tasks across routers, switches and firewalls.
• Manage incidents through ITSM platform and meet SLAs.
• Liaise with customer IT teams, providers and vendors.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
