Job summary

Sonder is seeking compassionate individuals to join our 24/7 Safety and Wellbeing Response Network in Canberra. You will provide in-person support to members, work a flexible on-call roster, and help build the network across Australia. Strong empathy, autonomy and calm under pressure are essential.

You may recruit and train local responders, engage stakeholders, and support both emergency and non-emergency responses as required, with remuneration for on-call availability and incident response.

Qualifications

• Empathy and high emotional intelligence are essential.
• Ability to read situations quickly and act with discretion.
• Willingness to work a flexible 24-hour on-call roster.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage incident response capability in your area.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support operations and partnerships.
