Sonder Responder roles in Victoria offer casual, 24/7 on‑call work with hours you nominate yourself. You will join the Sonder Responders Network, delivering in‑person safety and wellbeing support across Australia, coordinated with our Support Centre.

Ideal candidates show empathy and strong situational awareness, with the ability to work autonomously, perform welfare checks, and provide psychological first aid as needed.

Responsibilities
