Job summary

Sonder is seeking compassionate individuals in or around Margaret River to join our Response Network as on-call safety and wellbeing responders. You’ll provide in-person support to members, coordinate with the Support Centre, and respond to incidents on a flexible 24-hour roster with hours you nominate.

Ideal candidates bring empathy, strong situational awareness, and the ability to work autonomously in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and exercise sound judgment.
• Experience delivering welfare checks and emotional support in high-stress situations.
• Comfort with on-call, flexible hours and working autonomously in the field.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents as part of the Sonder Responders Network.
• Provide in-person safety and wellbeing support to members on-call.
• Assist the Response Network Manager with recruitment, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Contribute to operational procedures and network management.
