Job summary

Sonder is a 24/7 safety and wellbeing service provider. Based in or around Gippsland, you will join the Responders Network in a casual capacity, working a flexible 24-hour on-call roster with hours you nominate yourself.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and expand the network across Australia. You will be generously remunerated for on-call availability and incident response, and when required assist the Response Network Manager with recruitment, training and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Empathy and high emotional intelligence for welfare checks and PFA.
• Ability to work autonomously with calm under pressure.
• Willingness to on-call 24/7 and respond within nominated hours.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage Sonder's critical incident response capability in your area.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement to support Sonder's outputs and partnerships.
• Provide input to operational procedures and network management.
• Conduct emergency and non-emergency responses to support the responder network.
