Job summary

Sonder is a 24/7 safety and wellbeing service provider, with a Response Network of on-ground Responders coordinating with the Support Centre. Based in or around Bundaberg, you will join a casual, 24-hour on-call roster and help build the network across Australia, receiving remuneration for on-call availability and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and manage Sonder's incident response capability within your area.
• Engage stakeholders to support operations and nurture partnerships.
• Contribute to operational procedures and network management.
• Provide on-ground emergency and non-emergency support to the responder network.
