Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking a Medical Services Manager to lead and manage a team of medics and advanced first aiders delivering 24/7 emergency response across the property, ensuring high clinical standards and robust governance.

The role requires on-site availability of at least 80 hours per fortnight, weekend coverage during peak periods, and strong leadership, communication and collaboration with HSW and operations to drive patient-focused care.

• Experience leading medical emergency response teams.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance protocols.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and development of a team of medics/advanced first aiders (24/7 coverage)
• Support, Input, Implement and Maintenance of Clinical Governance Framework, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, protocols and best practice
• Oversee clinical procedures, documentation standards, training and competency programs
• Ensure regulatory requirements alignment and Crown Group alignment
• Provide leadership across roster (4 on 4 off rolling roster) but flexibility to support on call 24/7 service
• Create professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement within own team
• Manage operational readiness including equipment, clinical supplies and response capability
• Collaborate with HSW, Security and other Ops leaders to ensure seamless incident response across the complex
• Support analysis of trends and medical data to inform prevention and improvement strategies and initiatives
